Residential Shipping Policy
FREE Shipping is available with every Awesome Backyard residential swing set purchase over $369. Free Shipping is also included with residential swing set accessories purchased with initial order. The Awesome Backyard Free shipping applies to orders within the 48 contiguous states. A Shipping and Handling charge will be added to all separate residential swing set accessory orders.
Residential swing sets are shipped Curbside Delivery from The Awesome Backyard to you via Common Carrier (freight truck). The freight company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment using the phone numbers provided with your order. Your wooden swing set or outdoor play product delivery will not be made without an appointment.
The delivery person will require your assistance offloading the product. Additonal services such as two person delivery, inside delivery or lift gate are not included with the Free Shipping. These services will incur an additional fee from the freight carrier.
Shipping is not available to P.O. Box addresses.
